Infamous Larry Sweeney/Bobby Dempsey Talk Show Segment Back On DVD

Just 20 minutes ago, Gabe Sapolsky updated the Ring of Honor forums to inform everyone that the infamous Larry Sweeney 6th Anniversary Show segment is back on the DVD!

The segment, which featured Larry Sweeney bullying Bobby Dempsey to take advantage of an unconscious Allison Danger, was met with much controversy after word of the segment made it back to the internet.

Sapolsky announced that he was removing the segment from the DVD and that it would never see the light of day again. However after putting together the DVD last night, Sapolsky has changed his mind and decided to leave the segment in so that we could all judge it for ourselves. He however stands by his earlier apology to those offended by the segment and that it is not the policy of Ring of Honor to be controversial or offensive. Sapolsky finally added that he will remain true to his word and not engage in any such kinds of future segments again.

Having personally seen the segment live, I have to say that people are completely overreacting. The segment was entirely done in the notion of comedy and those who were offended need to lighten up.
