That actually looks a very likely direction. Who do you see being the one? Nakanishi got beaten, Kanemoto came close. Do you see one of these guys or Nagata taking it? Or will they give it to someone who hasn’t been involved in the feud so far, like Nakamura/Tanhashi/Goto?

Plus, it can be used to give one of the new guard in Z1 that big rub.

I think NJ has been very generous and should probably wind up getting one of their guys to take the Z1 title from Tanaka, which would in turn extend the feud’s life.

Meltzer is reporting that WWE and NOAH worked out a deal for Morishima to go to WWE, but WWE backed down. If Morishima doesn’t do any dark matches in September, that will make it clear the deal isn’t happening.
