An update on John Cena’s neck injury has been posted at WWE.com, with the former WWE Champ slated to be examined on Tuesday by neurosurgeon Dr. Joseph Maroon at the University of Pittsburgh.
Mike Johnson at PWInsider.com says that there is fear the injury is much worse than the herniated disc mentioned on Raw and online by WWE, and Dr. Lloyd Youngblood in San Antonio will also be examining Cena later this week (he’s the guy who did Steve Austin and others’ neck surgeries).
Hopefully the injury is as minor as possible.
