		<description>Why is Johnny Devine #5 I dont think he has not been in any X-Division storylines and plus he has not won a singles X-Division match in months. Curry Man just beat Jimmy Rave 2 weeks ago how come he is not number 5. Curry Man is very entertaining in the ring so explain why you put Devine ahead of him in the rankings.</description>
