He never lost the title, leading to a legitimately good reason to challenge again and stay over, while getting another feud with a top guy, Orton and his crew in this case. Rey... if he can work fine, he should be allowed to. He's the most under-rated performer of our generation and I'm fine with not switching it up, so long as they don't rehash his "gets no offense" underdog deal.
