Why is Orton #4. He just competed in a triple threat #1 Contenders Match which would make him ranked #3 behind Batista and Jericho and plus he is currently involved in a fued with Batista. I would think the winner of that match would be the #1 Contender for Royal Rumble. He also helped beat up Cena on Raw. I think he should be ranked #3 because Shawn Michaels is involved in a fued with JBL know and he has not won a singles match sence early October against Lance Cade. Explain why Shawn is ranked ahead of orton. I dont understand?
Simple: Orton is ranked lower than Shawn in WWE’s Power 25. :-)
That and the two lines below:

- Quality of TV exposure (length, placement during show, and crowd response)
could be why the hat was tipped in Shawn’s favor.
