WWE Judgment Day 2009 did a preliminary buyrate of 221,000 worldwide, with around 130,000 domestic. This is a 12% decrease from the 2008 event, which did 251,000 worldwide and 165,000 domestic. That drop is in keeping with the overall downturn in domestic PPV business this year.
