Oops, I was late! Here are mine, so I can have bragging rights if I’m right (and if I’m not, these “don’t count”)…

Orton/Cena: I really don’t think it’s time to put the belt back on Cena, but if not him, then who challenges Orton next? HHH? Yawn. HBK? Could be interesting. That said, who faces Cena? Is there a heel they can elevate? (and no, Miz doesn’t count, since he’s already been killed by Cena). Maybe Swagger, but I’m not convinced. I’d rather see them elevate MVP…
Winner – Orton

Hardy/Punk: Punk has to win this one, regardless of rumors of Jeff’s contract status. Matt/Punk can be a fun feud until Taker comes back, too.
Winner – CM Punk

DX/Legacy: I want Legacy to win again, so I’ll predict it. But something tells me HBK’s not losing his first match back (unless it’s to set the table for HHH turning heel and going up AGAINST Michaels…) Hmm…
Winners – DiBiase & Rhodes

IC Title: Ziggler’s not ready, and his name has to go.
Winner – Rey

ECW: I’d like to see Christian keep the belt for a while, until he’s ready to move to another brand. Should be a fun match though, “if they’re given time.”

Tag Titles: No way do you break up the awesomeness that is Jericho & Show. Not yet, and not with having the benefit of them on both brands while they’re Unified Champs.

Khali/Kane: I couldn’t care less. Kane’s returning, and Khali doesn’t need the win, so, I’ll go with Taker’s brother.

Swagger/MVP: I didn’t realize this was on the PPV, and I’m writing these without reading anyone else’s predictions, so wow, I guess the winner of this is the new #1 contender! Since I have Orton winning, I’ll go with…
Winner – Porter

Should be a fun show, even though I’m not sure how much “excitement” has been there for this one on name alone (a la Mania).
