What I can’t figure out is how we’re supposed to take the whole price on Abyss’ head thing seriously when he’s got an ongoing joke with Foley about groceries and flannels. Comedy in wrestling is fine, but when it takes away from what’s supposed to be a serious storyline, not so much. Abyss is so concerned with having his ass handed to him that he can joke around about bats and shirts and food? Umm…how about no?
