PWInsider reports that Jeff Hardy’s court date has been set for September 30, and the list of charges includes –

*Felony possession of cocaine.

*Felony drug trafficking of opium

*Felony possession with intent to redistribute a Schedule III drug (two counts).

*Maintaining a dwelling for drug use and/or distribution.

*Possession of drug paraphernalia. (misdemeanor)

Hardy may be able to get the trafficking charges dropped if he can provide a legitimate prescription for some of all of the painkillers.

Hardy has not made any statement beyond thanking fans for their support.
