PWI’s Buck Woodward passes along word that Rob Van Dam successfully defended his World Stars of Wrestling Championship against Davey Richards over the weekend. Footage of the match will soon be available on WSW and RVD’s official sites soon, according to WSW’s press release.

Speaking of Davey Richards, three names have joined him in the standings of the Evolve promotion: Bobby Fish, T.J. Perkins (aka Puma), and Ricochet.

They range from the awesome (Ted Dibiase’s would feature his father, Steve Austin, Eddie Guerrero, and Terry Funk) to a different definition of dream team all together (Zack Ryder would pick Trish Stratus, Sable, Stacy Keibler, and Sunny).
