TMZ has continued to update with further details about the Chris Jericho/Gregory Helms arrests earlier this morning. Apparently Jericho, Helms, and Matt Hardy were riding in a taxi when Hurricane began striking people (including Jericho). After the incident Helms and Hardy took off on foot when the taxi driver proceeded to a gas station and called 911. Helms returned to the taxi and was arrested along with Jericho for public intoxication. A female passenger who was struck by Helms declined to press charges while another male passenger who was also hit is still reportedly considering his options.
TMZ adds that Kentucky state law states that one of the victims must press charges against Helms for him to be charged. In addition, apparently the police are not considering any sort of action against Matt Hardy.
