By Iain Burnside - January 28, 2010 | Email the author

Chris Jericho and Gregory ‘Hurricane’ Helms were both arrested at about 5am on Wednesday morning for public intoxication, according to TMZ. They had worked the WWE Smackdown tapings in Cincinnati the day before and were picked up by police at a gas station just outside of the city, in Erlanger. Both men were released on a $120 bond each.

  2. One: No shit, incognito, nice catch. That’s pretty scary, actually. It’s the eyes/beard.

I also love how Jericho has the same look he usually has in character when he knows he’s gonna get his way, almost smiling but not quite. Wonder if he’ll use it in his promos, calling the cops hypocrites.

  3. Somewhere in Chicago, CM Punk just started writing his next promo…

  4. Leave it to Cincinnati to arrest someone on a public intoxication charge. What shithole cities still abide by Puritanical laws?

  5. They both LOOK sober enough. That’s a step up from your usual celebrity arrest shots. At least they weren’t driving, seemingly.

  12. Ok, they were at a gas station, probably had been driving. And just because they are famous doesnt mean the law doesnt apply to them.
