As broken by TMZ on Saturday, now-former TNA wrestler Matt Hardy was involved in a car accident where he was arrested for being under the influence.
Now more details have surfaced of the accident.
Matt was driving his 2009 Chevrolet Corvette when it ran off the road and struck a culvert pipe and a tree at around 12:46pm on Saturday.
He was not drinking, but appeared to have taken some type of impairing substance, and agreed to a blood test.
Hardy was said to be going above the speed limit, but below 70 MPH, so somewhere between 55 and 70.
He is scheduled for court on September 8, 2011.
