What about ryders boot or the brogue kick??

Seriously, there are at least a dozen WWE wrestlers who currently use a finishing move which involves blunt trauma to the head intended to render the victim unconscious, including both current world champions.

I’m guessing it’s less about avoiding concussions, and more about not trivializing concussions by not having a move that intentionally gives people concusions (that some people just no sell and show up the next night as if it’s no big deal).

Ryan I think you hit the nail on the head (no pun intended).

I think it has more to do with the storyline punt that sent Jericho away for a while, seeing as Y2J is now in a revenge feud with Orton.
