Last week, WWE superstar The Great Khali had successful surgery to remove a tumor in his pituitary gland that actually made Khali as much of a giant as he is. According to a report from the Aftermath Blog, “Essentially the gland produces excess amounts of testosterone that causes the person to keep growing.” The report goes on to say that this is the same condition that Andre The Giant had and if this was left untreated Khali could have faced severe cardiovascular problems later on in life. His prognosis is good for a full recovery.
