TMZ picked up on the story from last night’s live episode of WWE Monday Night Raw 1001, where A.W. commented that one of the PTP’ers was “like Kobe Bryant at a hotel in Colorado … he’s unstoppable.” According to the report, WWE has issued a full apology and has also taken an undisclosed action on A.W. Specifically, a WWE rep stated, “A.W. made an inappropriate comment and WWE immediately apologized … WWE has taken appropriate action in the matter.”

The report also indicates that A.W. “felt horrible” after he made the comment … claiming he simply “got caught up in the moment” and did not mean to disparage anyone with his remarks.
