Shelton Benjamin Granted His Release From Ring Of Honor

Despite posting this on December 12th:

Shelton Benjamin has been granted his release from Ring of Honor. While there is a possibility that he might work more ROH dates in the future, there has been talk that the release was granted as a result of WWE indeed contacting Benjamin about a possible return to the company.

Shelton doesn’t need a gimmick or a character, he got over on his ring work alone. A lot like that guy we’re not aloud to speak about anymore.
