Rabblecast #333 Injuries Plaguing WWE, TNA Bound For Glory

It's an old argument that has been debated every which way. The lack of depth on the WWE roster becomes painfully obvious once injuries begin to eliminate WWE Superstars from WWE TV. Mark Henry, Christian, Sheamus, and John Cena are all currently on »»

10 Thoughts: WWE Smackdown 8.23.13 (Daniel Bryan, Darren Young, Randy Orton, Curtis Axel)

1. Who needs John Cena when the WWE can do Daniel Bryan and Randy Orton for the next few months? Not only is this feud fresh but Bryan and Orton play their characters so perfectly. Orton has been great the past few months so another WWE Title run »»

10 Thoughts: WWE Smackdown 8.9.13 (Damien Sandow, Cody Rhodes, Rob Van Dam, Brock Lesnar)

1. Randy Orton against Rob Van Dam is a nice one-off type of match these days but I can't say it enough how important it is for RVD to help establish at least TWO different mid card guys in the WWE to make his return worth any praise. Sure the nostalgic pop is nice but RVD isn't The Rock; he needs to make sure his feuds against mid carders mean something. A nice match between these two future Hall of Famers and even though the finish was cliché it was executed very nice and went over quite well. »»

10 Thoughts: WWE Smackdown 7.12.13 (Dolph Ziggler, Daniel Bryan, AJ Lee)

1. Christian's return hasn't been what fans of Christian may of wanted, but the guy has been on TV every week and will continue to do so. While I don't see him making a huge impact over the next year or so, but he will definitely help out guys in the »»

10 Thoughts: WWE Smackdown 6.28.13 (The Shield, The Usos, Ricardo Rodriguez)

1. The WWE is still continuing the feud between Sheamus and Damien Sandow, while it may be one of the better segments on Smackdown, it hasn't done anything to re establish Sheamus as a top babyface or advance Damien Sandow's character. I still think Sandow had the most to gain coming out of this feud, but he continues to do what he does best, talk and sell great, to the main eventers. »»

10 Thoughts: WWE Smackdown 6.21.13 (Daniel Bryan, Randy Orton, Dolph Ziggler)

1. Daniel Bryan's untimely injury put the Randy Orton babyface character in a really bad spot heading into Smackdown. Orton had to feel sorrow and proud of Daniel Bryan for fighting through an injury. While yes that is a babyface characteristic, it is one that should never be used for the likes of Randy Orton, or Sheamus while I'm on the subject. »»
